Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using GradFind. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GradFind.

1. About the service

GradFind (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a job aggregation service that automatically collects and displays graduate job listings from third-party company career pages via publicly available APIs (including Greenhouse and Lever). GradFind is not a recruiter, employment agency, or job board that accepts job listings directly from employers.

2. Third-party listings: no guarantee of accuracy

All job listings displayed on GradFind are sourced automatically from third-party career pages. We do not verify, edit, or endorse any listing. As a result:

  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing.
  • Job titles, descriptions, locations, and salary information are reproduced as-is from the source and may contain errors or be out of date.
  • GradFind does not represent that any listing constitutes an offer of employment.

3. Listings may have closed

By using GradFind you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Jobs are scraped periodically and may have closed, been filled, or been withdrawn between scrapes.
  • A job appearing as active on GradFind is not a guarantee that the employer is still accepting applications.
  • You should always check the employer’s own career page before investing time in an application.

4. Prohibited use: no scraping or copying

You must not, without our prior written consent:

  • Scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise automatically extract data from GradFind by any means.
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute job listings or any other content displayed on GradFind for commercial or non-personal purposes.
  • Use any automated tool, bot, or script to access, query, or interact with the GradFind service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying data sources or API calls made by GradFind.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

5. Account suspension and termination

GradFind reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have:

  • Violated any provision of these Terms.
  • Engaged in conduct that is harmful to GradFind, other users, or third parties.
  • Provided false or misleading information during registration.
  • Misused the service in any way.

You may delete your own account at any time via the Privacy Policy page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

6. No liability for application outcomes

GradFind is a discovery tool only. We are not party to any relationship between you and an employer. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • GradFind is not liable for any outcome of any job application made through or as a result of using the platform, including rejection, non-response, or any employment decision made by an employer.
  • GradFind is not liable for any loss (financial or otherwise) arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.
  • GradFind does not offer career advice, and nothing on the platform constitutes professional advice of any kind.

7. Service provided “as-is”: no uptime guarantee

The GradFind service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • No guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability.
  • No guarantee that the service will be free of bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.
  • No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any interruption or cessation of the service.

8. Intellectual property

The GradFind name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. Job listing content remains the property of the respective employers and is displayed under fair-use principles for the purpose of indexing publicly available information.

9. Links to third-party sites

GradFind links directly to employer career pages. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of GradFind after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
