How does GradFind work?
We check the careers pages of UK companies directly every 2 hours and pull any graduate-level roles we find. When you search on GradFind you are looking at jobs scraped straight from source, not pulled from a third-party aggregator.
Where do the jobs come from?
We pull listings from Greenhouse and Lever, two applicant tracking systems used by a lot of tech, finance and consulting firms to run their hiring. Jobs posted there often do not appear on LinkedIn or Indeed for days, if at all.
How often is it updated?
Every 2 hours. New roles appear on GradFind shortly after the company publishes them. You can also set up email alerts so fresh roles land in your inbox without you having to check back.
Why are some roles already closed when I click them?
We check every 2 hours, so there is a window where a role might have closed between our last scrape and you clicking the link. We remove expired listings as soon as we detect them. If a role was posted recently and closed fast, that usually means it filled quickly, which is exactly why applying early matters.
Is GradFind free?
Yes. Signing up is free and gives you the direct link to apply, plus email alerts and a tracker to keep tabs on what you have applied for. There are no premium tiers or paid upgrades.
How do I delete my account?
Log in then go to the delete account page. This permanently removes your account and all saved data straight away. If you run into any trouble, email gradfind@outlook.com and we will sort it within 48 hours.
Why use GradFind instead of LinkedIn or Indeed?
LinkedIn and Indeed rely on companies posting to them directly. A lot of companies only post to their own careers page, and the listings that do appear on the big boards often arrive late and are surrounded by noise. GradFind goes to the source, so you see roles sooner and you apply on the company's own site, not through an intermediary.
