Graduate Team Assistant / PA – Private Equity firm – London – - Hybrid

Successful private equity research firm based in London are recruiting an experienced Graduate Team Assistant / PA with strong research and analytical skills to join a busy research team on a permanent basis. You will support a team of analysts with full administration support along with client research within technology, media and e-commerce, creating high level reports and presentations. The position offers hybrid working with one day from home which could increase after your probation. Hours are 8am-5pm and the role offers generous benefits. Key duties: Organising international travel Managing team diaries Arranging conference calls with potential clients/investors Preparing high level reports, research documents and PowerPoint presentations including tables, charts and graphs Researching and identifying key contacts Arranging meeting with key stakeholders for Analysts Ideal candidate: Highly organised, strong attention to detail Proactive, confident, professional and client focussed Able to work independently in a calm and efficient manner Strong academics with excellent administration and research skills Fantastic opportunity for a proactive, highly organised graduate Team Assistant/PA working in an established, collaborative environment.
