Managing inbound and outbound sales calls effectively. Raising accurate quotes and processing sales orders. Providing product expertise in timber and sheet materials. Targeting and winning new business through proactive outbound calling. Delivering high-quality customer service and resolving complaints professionally. Managing a personal customer account list to hit defined budgets and KPIs. Am I right for the job? Ability to multi-task and attention to detail Time management and ability to prioritise workload Willingness and ability to learn quickly IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Ability to work as part of a team.
