The Role: Graduate Executive Search Consultant You'll receive training to develop the skills needed to source exceptional talent, build client relationships and deliver executive search assignments from the initial brief through to a successful hire. Your responsibilities will include: Mapping specialist markets and researching potential candidates Generating new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts Identifying and headhunting high-calibre professionals Understanding hiring requirements and recommending appropriate search strategies Establishing your own network and becoming knowledgeable within your chosen market Interviewing candidates and presenting suitable shortlists Overseeing assignments from initial client discussions through to placement Negotiating offers and managing the closing process Working towards challenging individual and team performance targets This is a proactive, sales-led position that requires confidence, persistence and commercial awareness. You'll spend considerable time on the phone, building connections, creating opportunities and engaging with senior decision-makers. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from individuals who are: University Graduates (Graduated in 2026/2025/2024) Commercially aware and interested in developing a career in sales Driven to achieve targets and deliver results Confident communicators who can build rapport quickly Resilient, determined and comfortable handling rejection Competitive and attracted by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission Ambitious and keen to progress based on performance Persuasive, with the ability to influence and negotiate Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities Experience in sales, business development, telesales or customer-facing roles would be beneficial, particularly in environments where targets and results matter. A background in recruitment isn't essential. The priority is finding someone with the commercial instincts, work ethic and determination to build a successful career in Executive Search.
