Junior Business Analyst

Junior Business & Data Analyst – Maidenhead Are you a graduate or early-career analyst who is Tech Savvy and enjoys working with data, solving problems and finding ways to improve how a business operates? I’m working with an established international business looking for a Junior Business & Data Analyst to join their team at an exciting time of change and development. This is a great opportunity to build your experience across business reporting, data analysis, forecasting and process improvement, working closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations. What will you be doing? Producing business reports and dashboards. Analysing sales, product performance, stock and inventory data. Supporting forecasting and business planning. Using Excel and reporting tools to identify trends and insights. Helping improve processes, automate reporting and reduce manual administration. Working with different teams to support business decisions. Requirements A relevant degree or equivalent experience. Ideally, up to one year's experience in a related role. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. A proactive approach, good organisational skills and a willingness to learn. Experience with ERP systems, retail, distribution or supply chain would be beneficial but isn't essential.
