As a Junior Finance Analyst, you'll support the day-to-day financial operations and assist with key reporting tasks to help the business make informed decisions. Description The Junior Finance Analyst's responsibilities include: Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance. Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate financial data. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Help maintain financial systems and data accuracy. Provide assistance during internal and external audits. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. Profile A successful Junior Finance Analyst should have: A degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel. An eye for detail and accuracy in handling data. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
