Skills Required A recent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a genuine ambition to build a career within accountancy. Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work confidently with financial information. A proactive and curious approach, with the confidence to ask questions, learn quickly and take on new challenges.
