What You’ll Do As an SDR, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping first impressions. You'll be the proactive voice reaching out to potential customers, uncovering opportunities, and connecting them with the right funding solutions. You’ll be responsible for: Outbound outreach – prospecting, initiating contact, and qualifying leads Promoting a broad panel of lenders & finance products Collaborating with specialists – working closely with Finance Specialists, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and department heads Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and turning interest into action Leading the early stages of the sales pipeline Maintaining and developing the CRM to keep everything running smoothly Networking across industries to build strong relationships If you’re curious, coachable and not afraid to pick up the phone, you’ll excel.
